The UK Department of Forestry and Natural Resources, Cooperative Extension Service, Kentucky Maple Syrup Association, and the Kentucky Center for Agriculture and Rural Development are teaming up to develop Kentucky-specific maple syrup best practices and help producers with business planning and best business practices.
